A few days ago someone pointed out that I’d not yet shared a completed version of an OKR-based roadmap even though we’ve been teaching the idea for years. I decided to correct that in video form, embedded below.

In this (relatively) short video I do a quick overview of the Lean Strategy Canvas as a foundation for coming up with OKRs. I also touch on the basics of Objectives and Key Results. If that stuff is familiar to you, feel free to skip forward to the roadmap section.
