I thrilled to announce the official launch of our new book (my 3rd with Josh Seiden and 5th overall), Who does what by how much? A practical guide to customer-centric OKRs.
Over the past 2 years Josh and I have realized that OKRs, done right, can truly open up an organization to greater innovation, agility and a deeper understanding of their customers. These qualities create companies that react quickly to changing market conditions and new technologies. They understand that, given we are all in the software business now, the mere deployment of code isn’t a measure of success. In fact, making a thing is just the beginning of the conversation with our customers.
This book is written for the entire organization. Even if it was born from the tech and digital worlds, the application of OKRs is broad. The examples and case studies we’ve shared in the book cover teams in HR, finance, legal and marketing to name a few.
We’ve also covered as many industries as we could find. You’ll see insight from telcos, financial services companies, food retailers and even the cement industry. OKRs are everywhere. They’re simple and powerful. They’re a tool for making your company more aligned, focused and reactive.
Grab a copy of Who does what by how much? and then let me know what you think. I can’t wait to hear from you.
